The Morgan City Youth Flag Football League offers a fun, safe, and inclusive opportunity for young athletes to learn the fundamentals of football while building teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship.

This league is open to boys and girls ages 6–11, with no weight limit, making it accessible to all youth who meet the age requirements. Participants must be six (6) years old before September 1 of the current year and must not turn twelve (12) before September 1 to be eligible to play.

The league emphasizes skill development, fair play, and enjoyment of the game in a non-contact flag football environment, making it an excellent introduction to football or a way for returning players to continue developing their skills.

Registration Period: August – September

Entry Fee: $45 per child (non-refundable)

Sibling Discounts

Second child: $35

Third child: $30

Family maximum: $110

Season Information

Season Dates: September through November

Required Documentation

Proof of Age: A copy of the child’s birth certificate is required at registration.

Physical Readiness

Parents or guardians are responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to participate in the program prior to enrolling. A physical exam is not provided by the league but is strongly encouraged if there are any health concerns.
