Wee-Ball League (Ages 3–4):
Youth who are or will be three years old before May 1 are eligible to compete in the Wee-Ball League.

T-Ball League (Ages 5–6):
Youth who are or will be five years old before May 1 are eligible to compete in the T-Ball League.

Registration & Fees

Player registration fee: $25.00

Complete applications must include a copy of the child’s birth certificate and parental signatures.

No child will be denied participation due to financial hardship. Parents who cannot afford the registration fee should notify the Recreation Department. A meeting with the Youth Baseball Board will be held to determine suitable payment arrangements. Parents are also responsible for ensuring their child is physically able to participate in the program prior to enrollment.

Parent & Spectator Expectations

Parents are an essential part of the program and are expected to uphold its values at all times:

Unsportsmanlike or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.

The Youth Baseball Committee administers all league functions. Concerns must be addressed directly to the Committee; subversive or disruptive behavior will not be allowed.

Derogatory or abusive statements or actions toward league supervisors, umpires, or coaches are strictly prohibited.

Fan enthusiasm is encouraged, but behavior that embarrasses or ridicules opposing teams will result in removal from the park.

Violations of these rules may result in penalties determined by the Committee, including removal of parents and/or players from Recreation Department activities.

Players may be removed from the program due to rule violations by their parents.

Fundraising

Fundraising is an important part of the Wee Ball League, helping to support league play, field maintenance, capital improvements, and All-Star participation. Families will be asked to assist throughout the year, and their cooperation is greatly appreciated.

The Morgan City Wee Ball League strives to provide every child with a safe, enjoyable, and positive introduction to baseball, laying the foundation for a lifelong love of the sport.
